Craving Vapor offers a Flat Rate shipping options. Our estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, and processing time needed to assemble items for shipment. Orders destined for APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico are not always eligible for flat-rate shipping.
Delivery estimates are calculated by adding the processing time to the number of business days it takes a package to travel from us to your destination address.
International orders (Outside the USA) carry a $5.00 handling fee. Some countries restrict the importation of electronic cigarette products. Craving Vapor abides by the laws of the countries where we physically operate. We ship orders anywhere (excluding US embargoed countries), but failure to familiarize yourself with your own country’s import laws may result in delays, seizures or non-arrival of your order. We are very experienced with shipping electronic cigarette products internationally and have successfully delivered our merchandise to over 100 nations. Unfortunately, no matter how experienced the shipper, delays and/or seizures can occur at the hands of National Customs services. These delays are beyond our control.

To process a return:
- Login to your cravingvapor.com account, using the username and password emailed to you when you placed your order.
- Click on the “completed orders” link. You will see a list of orders you have placed on this website.
- To the right of an order you will see the return items button. Click it!
- Complete the Return Request form and click submit.
- Ship the product to 11212 Metric Blvd, Ste 300, Austin, TX 78758 within 21 days of the original ship date. Please be sure to prominently display your Return ID on the outside of the package. This return ID was provided to you in your email confirmation at the time you submitted your online return request. If you did not receive this email, please contact our support department and we will be happy to look it up for you.
